TACSSYD is the first surgical congress, part of Romanian Student Society of Surgery (’RSSS’). RSSS is a non-profit NGO which sole purpose is to provide access to surgical education.

We require all people wishing to enroll in our medical education activities to be registred users of our website. By creating and using an account to access different features of our website, we collect any data you provide directly. Here are included:

Account data: We collect and store any data you enter yourself, such as: Title, User Name, User E-mail, User Password, First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Country, City, University Center/ Work Place (Hospital), Workshops Graduated.

Apllicant payment data: Our activities require a participation fee.

Communication and support: If you contact us for support / to report a problem or concern / to make a suggestion / propose a collaboration / make any sort of request, we collect and store your contact information, messages, any data about you like name, e-mail address, subject of request, IP address and any other data you provide or that we collect through automated means. We use this data to respond to you and research your question or concern in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Communication to other members of the website to the website forms is also logged and visile to our IT team. For sensitive informations, please use an e-mail or other means of communication.

– With our Institutionals Partners, in case of co-organized events, in wich applicants use our services in order to apply or participate;

De-identified data means data where we’ve removed things like your name and email address and replaced it with a token ID.
